I have been in a foul mood for days. I know why and I am processing as best I can. I find
these tips helpful most of the time when I am cranky but this time is different. I can't yet figure out exactly why it is so and I know that I will most likely be in a cranky mood until I can get to the bottom of it.
So, in an effort to pull myself out of the doldrums I shall turn to the Dalai Lama:
"Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions"
